The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to public transport and city activities. The staff were fast to respond to our serious requests and were helpful in guiding us on how to get a cab. We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions like St Paul's Cathedral and Exhibition Gardens.
The buffet breakfast was overpriced and the demand for the hot items exceeded the capacity of the kitchen.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel that provided me with incredible comfort and quality services. This place was situated in a great location as I could easily walk to the harbor and also to the local theater and train station. The staff members were amazing and were always ready to assist me with tour/ticket arrangements or with my laundry needs. Also, the service of housekeeping was brilliant, and they always ensured that my room was clean and well presented. Additionally, I appreciated the happy hour in the bar and the various amenities like the flat-screen tv, air conditioning, and electric kettle that were provided in my room.
I highly recommend this hotel and its services to everyone.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to Chinatown and public transportation. Comfy beds and neat rooms. Huge range of delicious food for breakfast, including hot options. The bar off to the side of the restaurant is a nice spot to relax. Conference facilities are great, with excellent staff and great food.

The location of Rydges was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the city and enjoy the local attractions. The bed in my room was so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The room itself was also clean and well-maintained, making me feel at ease. I had a fantastic dining experience at the Locanda Restaurant downstairs. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Rydges for its prime location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent dining options.
Although the stay was overall fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks worth mentioning. The air conditioner in the room was quite noisy, which occasionally disrupted the peace and relaxation.

The room had many great features, such as the in-room spa and the walk-in robe in the bedroom. I also appreciated the two air conditioners, which kept the bedroom and living area cool and comfortable. Having two TVs was a bonus, as I could watch my favorite shows either in bed or in the living area while my partner slept. The kitchen facilities allowed me to save money on food by preparing my own meals. the option to choose not to have my room serviced for the first two nights was a great way to save even more.
